Job summary

Tallahassee State College is seeking a part-time Fire Adjunct Instructor to teach Basic Recruit Fire Fighting Training courses at the Florida Public Safety Institute in Havana, Florida. The ideal candidate must possess a high school diploma and a current Bureau of Fire Standards and Training Instructor Certification with at least six years of experience in a fire department.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $33.00 to $53.00 along with professional development opportunities and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Bureau of Fire Standards and Training Instructor Certification is required.
• Minimum of six years of experience as a regular member of an organized fire department.
• Physical ability to perform the tasks associated with the training.
