  • Manage file transfer processes and operational workflows.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Fircosoft Specialist with strong expertise in real-time payments, sanctions screening, and Fircosoft solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience implementing, supporting, and enhancing Fircosoft platforms within a financial services environment, ensuring the reliability and compliance of critical payment processing systems. The role requires strong technical skills, experience with system integration, automation, and production support, along with a deep understanding of payment operations and sanctions screening processes.

Job Description:
  • Fircosoft Platform Management
    • Configure, implement, support, and enhance Fircosoft solutions.
    • Manage and maintain:
      Firco Continuity
      Firco Trust
      Firco Sanctions Screening
    • Support sanctions screening processes for payment transactions and customer screening activities.
  • System Development & Integration
    • Design, develop, and integrate technology solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Support application enhancements, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
    • Collaborate with business and technical teams on system implementation and upgrades.
  • Automation & Operations
    • Develop automation solutions using UNIX and Windows shell scripting.
    • Support scheduling and batch automation tools.
    • Manage file transfer processes and operational workflows.
    • Ensure system stability and high availability in production environments.
  • Production Support
    • Support business-critical payment applications.
    • Monitor system performance and address operational issues.
    • Maintain compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $80000 - $120000/per annum. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
