Vytwo seeks a FircoSoft Developer with hands-on experience in FircoSoft Trust and Continuity to design, customize, and support AML screening solutions. The role requires strong SQL/PLSQL, Oracle proficiency, and familiarity with watchlist integrations. The candidate will work with Compliance, Business, and Tech teams, delivering robust configurations and workflows.

The position offers on-site/hybrid/remote work options in the US, with a contract type (C2C) and a buy rate of $80/hr.

Formación

• 6+ years hands-on experience with FircoSoft Trust, Continuity, or related FircoSoft products (v6.12.x+).
• Strong SQL/PLSQL, Oracle RDBMS: stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and shell scripting.
• Experience with sanctions screening, watchlist screening, AML/KYC, PEP, adverse media, and World-Check integrations.
• Familiar with FircoSoft alert tuning, configuration management, and screening workflows.
• Unix/Linux environments and deployment tools such as Git and Jenkins.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, configure, and support FircoSoft Trust, Continuity, and screening solutions for AML and sanctions.
• Implement and maintain FircoSoft configurations, formats, profiles, rules, and workflows.
• Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL code, database objects, and shell scripts.
• Analyze and tune screening alerts, false positives, and matching rules.
• Integrate customer, transaction, and watchlist data feeds with FircoSoft screening platforms.
• Support production releases, deployments, incident resolution, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Business, and Technology teams to gather requirements.
• Prepare technical design documents, test cases, and deployment documentation.

Job Description –FircoSoft Developer

Hire Type – Contract (C2C)

Location : Charlotte (preferred) but any US location should be fine

Work Type : Onsite/Hybrid/remote

Role: FircoSoft Developer with hands-on experience in Fircosoft version v6.12.x - MANDATORY Experience: 6–12 Years Domain: Banking / Financial Crime Compliance / AML & Sanctions Screening

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and support FircoSoft Trust, Continuity, and screening solutions for AML, sanctions, and name screening initiatives.

Implement and maintain FircoSoft configurations, formats, profiles, rules, and workflows.

Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL code, database objects, and shell scripts supporting FircoSoft applications.

Analyze and tune screening alerts, false positives, and matching rules to improve screening effectiveness.

Integrate customer, transaction, and watchlist data feeds with FircoSoft screening platforms.

Support production releases, deployments, incident resolution, and performance tuning.

Collaborate with Compliance, Business, and Technology teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Prepare technical design documents, test cases, and deployment documentation.

Required Skills

6+ years of hands-on experience with FircoSoft Trust, Continuity, or related FircoSoft products. Fircosoft version v6.12.x and later

Strong experience in SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, and Shell Scripting.

Experience with sanctions screening, watchlist screening, AML/KYC, PEP, adverse media, and World-Check integrations.

Good understanding of FircoSoft alert tuning, configuration management, and screening workflows.

Experience with Unix/Linux environments and deployment tools such as Git and Jenkins.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to AWS, Hadoop, Databricks, Impala, or PostgreSQL.

Experience working with global banking clients and compliance transformation programs.
