Job summary

Matrix-International Financial Services seeks an experienced Fircosoft Application Specialist / Engineer to implement, configure and operate Firco Continuity and related sanctions screening applications for banking and payments environments.

You will provide L3 support, monitor performance, manage incidents, and optimize system configurations. The role covers real-time payments, SWIFT, Wire, and ACH screening, with emphasis on integration, automation, and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Firco Continuity experience.
• Experience with Fircosoft Trust and Firco Utilities.
• Strong knowledge of sanctions screening and payment processing.
• Experience with SQL, Unix/Linux scripting, messaging/integration.
• Experience supporting business-critical production environments.
• Firco Continuity V6 upgrade experience is a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant technology/application implementation or support experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, support, and troubleshoot Firco Continuity / Fircosoft applications.
• Provide L3 support, monitoring, incident management, RCA, and performance optimization.
• Support sanctions screening for real-time payments, SWIFT, Wire, and ACH transactions.
• Configure screening rules, watchlists, filtering parameters, and work with Firco Utilities (FMM, FML, FUM, FFFClassic).
• Support application integrations using MQ/MQFTE, Kafka, file transfers, and scheduling tools such as TWS.
• Develop/support SQL and Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation.
• Support upgrades, patches, deployments, CI/CD, and production releases.
• Work with business, technology, infrastructure, compliance, and Fircosoft/LexisNexis teams.
