Qualifications

• 2 years experience with FIOS/build out and provisioning preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of fiber and FIOS network architecture.
• Thorough knowledge of FIOS provisioning process required.

Responsibilities

• Support function for OSP engineering tasks.
• Organize and analyze FIOS Service Order fall out.
• Communicate with field Engineering and OSP personnel.

Skills

Knowledge of Client FIOS Network Provisioning systems

Expert level knowledge of MS Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
