Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a remote UX Analyst – Fintech to evaluate and optimize the user experiences of fintech applications. You will collaborate with QA, product, and design teams to drive usability improvements and ensure clear, accessible financial information across banking, investment, and payment platforms.

The role demands meticulous attention to detail and hands-on usability testing experience, with a focus on fintech products.

Qualifications

Exceptional attention to detail and strong UX principles.
Experience with usability testing and UX review in fintech.
Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and digital finance concepts.
Strong written communication for documenting UX observations.
Ability to translate user challenges into actionable UX solutions.

Responsibilities

Execute detailed usability testing across fintech products including banking, investment, and payment platforms.
Identify friction points, confusing workflows, and unclear financial information presentation.
Provide strategic recommendations to product and design teams to improve user journeys.
Conduct heuristic evaluations and user flow analyses to anticipate user needs.
Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on UX observations and proposed improvements.
Collaborate remotely with QA, product and design teams to implement feedback.
