Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a UX Analyst – Fintech to evaluate and enhance user experiences across fintech applications. This remote role focuses on usability, financial literacy, trust, and clear presentation of information for users managing their finances.

You will collaborate with product, design, and development teams to drive improvements, perform testing and heuristic evaluations, and deliver actionable insights that shape the usability of key fintech tools for a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of UX principles, especially for fintech products.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify subtle usability issues.
• Experience with remote work tools and processes.
• Familiarity with financial concepts and digital services on desktop and mobile.
• Background in UX analysis, usability testing, or QA for fintech apps.
• Empathy for users’ financial journeys and clear reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive usability testing across multiple financial technology products, including banking apps, investment platforms, and payment solutions.
• Identify and document friction points, confusing workflows, and areas where financial information presentation could be improved.
• Provide actionable recommendations to product, design, and development teams to optimize user journeys and support effective financial decision-making.
• Perform heuristic evaluations and analyze user flows to anticipate user needs and potential pain points.
• Prepare and submit thorough reports summarizing observations, issues, and suggested improvements on a regular basis.
