Qualifications

• 3+ years of underwriting experience in various loan products.
• Expertise in underwriting for Self-Employed borrowers, Trusts, and LLCs.
• Strong ability to analyze complex financial data.
• Familiarity with underwriting tools e.g., DU and LP.

Responsibilities

• Review and underwrite loan applications ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless loan processing.
• Monitor underwriting accuracy and performance metrics.
• Create and maintain underwriting documentation and training materials.
