Job summary

Satispay is seeking a Functional Training Coordinator to own the strategy, coordination, and continuous improvement of function-specific training within our Product Compliance team. You will ensure fintech-specific knowledge and practical skills across teams, aligning with regulatory changes and product updates.

The role demands collaboration with product, technology, operations, legal, finance, and compliance to embed capability and measure impact.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in learning & development, enablement, or program/project management.
• Working understanding of financial regulations and the fintech landscape.
• Ability to run multiple training initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to take full accountability for the functional training program while collaborating across departments.
• Comfort with learning platforms and measuring learning effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Learning Needs & Strategy - Assess fintech learning needs and translate changes into capability gaps and a clear strategy.
• Curriculum Design & Ownership - Build and maintain role-based learning paths for fintech domains.
• Program Coordination & Delivery - Mobilize internal experts and external providers to develop and deliver training, manage schedules and budgets.
• Content & Regulatory Alignment - Keep materials current as products and policies evolve in partnership with Corporate Learning & Development.
• Impact Measurement & Continuous Improvement - Track participation and outcomes against KPIs and gather feedback.
