Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program management, preferably in FinTech.
Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced startups.
Strong knowledge of PDLC/SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Proficient with PM tools (JIRA, Confluence) and AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).
Excellent leadership, communication, and risk-management skills.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives on time and within scope.
Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and vendors to define requirements and goals.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation while identifying risks and mitigations.
Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer focus.
Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders and external partners.
