Job summary

Broadridge is seeking high-potential students for a 10-week Summer Internship Program starting in June 2027, designed to provide hands-on experience in FinTech. You will work in areas such as Software Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, or Enterprise Systems Management, with mentorship and training to build skills.

Daily tasks vary by team but offer collaboration across the organization, leadership development, and a capstone project that tackles real business challenges.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with expected graduate date Fall 2027 through Spring 2028.
• GPA of 3.2 or higher stated.
• Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, or initiative through academic or extracurricular activities.
• Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle and Agile concepts.
• Interest in applying technology to solve business problems and improve processes and client experiences.
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts and prompt-based workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Available for the full duration of the program: June–August 2027.
