• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with graduation Fall 2027 to Spring 2028.
• GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, and C#.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, or initiative through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or work experience.
• Awareness of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile concepts.
• Interest in applying technology to solve business problems and improve processes and client experiences.
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts and prompt-based workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Must be available for the program duration: June–August 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related fields with a graduation date of Fall 2027 through Spring 2028.
• GPA of a 3.2 or higher.
• Foundational or practical knowledge of one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, and C#
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, or initiative through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or work experience.
• Awareness of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodology concepts.
• Interest in applying technology to solve business problems and improve processes, products, and client experiences.
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts, appropriate use contexts, and prompt based workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Agile learner with a passion for learning about the FinTech industry.
• Must be available for the duration of the program: June – August 2027.

The hourly range for this position is between $25-$40 per hour
