Qualifications

• Experience supporting financial services, fintech, payments, banking, or technology organizations preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python and AI tools and data sets.
• Strong experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, supports development and execution of business planning goals.
• Analyzes market dynamics to inform strategic initiatives.
• Conducts analysis of growth opportunities including market expansion and new products.
• Examines capital expenditure and project approval information for planning.
• Documents business plans for stakeholders involved in initiatives.
• Facilitates communications with internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Coordinates production and analysis of KPI reports.
• Participates in innovating business models to gain competitive advantage in fintech.
