Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Master students graduated by June 2027.
• All degrees considered, Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred.
• Minimum 3.40 cumulative GPA.
• Strong interest in financial analysis, research, and FinTech.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and a drive for excellence.
• Team player, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial.
• Strong data management and research skills.
• Maturity and poise to work directly with C-Suite level professionals.
• High attention to detail.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization required. FT Partners will not sponsor applicants for work visas at application or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform due-diligence on high-growth FinTech opportunities including valuation analyses (DCF, comps, precedent transactions).
• Meet with FinTech founders, VCs, PE firms, and finance executives to understand strategy, product roadmaps, and liquidity needs.
• Leverage FT Partners' database and data sources to identify emerging FinTech trends.
• Publish high-quality reports on M&A and capital raising activity.
• Assist deal teams in valuation, product differentiation, and investor rationales.
• Develop client-facing deliverables including sell-side pitches and market trend analyses.
• Support senior bankers in business development and executive dialogue.
