Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Master students graduating by June 2027.
• Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred.
• Minimum 3.40 cumulative GPA.
• Strong interest in financial analysis, research, and FinTech.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and a drive for excellence.
• Team player, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization required; FT Partners will not sponsor.

Responsibilities

• Perform due-diligence on high-growth FinTech companies including valuation analyses (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions) across verticals.
• Meet with FinTech founders, VCs, PE firms, and executives to understand strategy and capital needs.
• Leverage proprietary data sources to identify emerging FinTech trends.
• Research significant M&A and private capital transactions and publish high-quality reports.
• Work with deal teams to assess valuation, product differentiation, and investor rationale.
• Develop client-facing deliverables including sell-side pitches and market trend analyses.
• Assist senior bankers in developing business development strategies and stakeholder dialogue.
