Financial Technology Partners LP in San Francisco or New York City seeks a highly analytical FinTech Strategic Insights Associate to join our team. You will support business development by identifying strategic opportunities, conducting industry analysis, and helping to build materials to win new business.

Candidates should have fintech knowledge, a strong grasp of blockchain and crypto markets, and experience in investment banking, consulting, or VC.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency is required.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track industry trends and investment activity.
• Research FinTech, blockchain and crypto sectors for deal sourcing.
• Lead analysts in client targeting strategies and pipeline development.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance due diligence on opportunities.
• Create presentations and materials to win new business.
• Maintain internal market intelligence databases.
