Job summary

Payabli is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive post-sales integration projects for new Payabli vertical software partners and enhance integrations with existing partners. You will manage implementation, work with Sales Engineering, and become an expert on Payabli products and APIs while engaging with both technical and non-technical customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions/ sales/ consulting roles for payments fintech.
• Proven track record of creating and implementing complex technical solutions for software partners.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and modern integration patterns.
• Experience with payment processing concepts including tokenization, PCI compliance, and transaction flows.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or similar).
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, curl) and debugging techniques.
• Knowledge of acquiring, issuing, card networks, ACH; PCI DSS.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into unique technical solutions.
• Conduct calls to create and manage the integration plan for software partners.
• Design and present tailored integration project plans that align with partner business expectations.
• Operate in an AI-first mindset to innovate integration processes.
• Track and report project logs, KPIs, and drive improvement.
• Collaborate with Account Manager on partner launch and GTM success.
• Transfer integration plan into production reference docs for support teams.
• Be a 'glue' connecting Operations, Success, Risk, Product and Engineering.
• Work with Customer Success to provide ongoing integration support and product pilots.
