Concreit Inc. is seeking a Social Media Community Manager in Seattle to drive growth marketing, brand positioning, and engagement for a fast-growing fintech startup.

You will work closely with the CEO and founder, applying data-driven insights to expand awareness, build engagement, and convert followers into investors. Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in community management, marketing, or social media management.
• Prior experience in developing and managing gamified community engagement strategies.
• A love of data and experience with marketing funnels; you can identify and size different growth opportunities.
• Strong growth track record, with samples and results of managing communities.
• Outstanding written, oral, and organizational ability.
• Experience planning and leading community initiatives for marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with modern technology and marketing automation practices (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Email Marketing, CRM).
• Ability to think strategically and develop data-driven marketing plans.
• First-hand experience with email marketing and strong CTAs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Concreit’s brand voice and reactive brand engagement.
• Manage day-to-day operations, moderation, and growth of social channels.
• Monitor platforms for trends and keywords; propose and join conversations as appropriate.
• Engage diverse audiences, build relationships with community groups, and drive results.
• Organize community-building initiatives to grow followings.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions.
• Evaluate and improve social marketing strategies across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Reddit.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, analytics, and creative teams to hit growth targets.
