Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional marketing experience with measurable results.
• Hands-on ownership of social publishing, engagement, and performance tracking.
• Strong writing and ability to maintain brand voice across channels.
• Experience with email campaigns and A/B testing in HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo.
• Ability to interpret metrics and turn insights into improvements.
• Experience coordinating external creators; familiarity with paid social is a plus.
• Fintech or consumer brand marketing experience is valued.
