Job summary

OpenKrill, a fintech wealth planning company, is seeking a marketing specialist to own social media and email marketing, using creative execution and performance data to grow an engaged community and improve campaign results.

You'll manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok content, coordinate with agencies, build a content calendar, engage with audiences, and run email campaigns in HubSpot or similar platforms, testing subject lines and send times to optimize results.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in social media or digital marketing with measurable growth.
• Experience managing at least one major social platform.
• Strong writing and consistent brand voice across channels.
• Experience with email platforms and A/B testing.
• Ability to interpret engagement metrics and act on insights.
• Experience coordinating agencies or freelancers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Coordinate with external agencies and content partners.
• Build and maintain a content calendar for campaigns.
• Engage with audience by responding to comments and messages.
• Identify trends and convert into brand-appropriate content.
• Plan and execute email campaigns in HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Write newsletters and test subject lines and send times.
• Track performance and refine social and email strategies.
