Job summary

FIS Global Solutions Philippines, Inc. is offering a 2027 University Summer Internship Program in a full-time, paid format for 40 hours per week.

The internship runs from May 31, 2027 to August 6, 2027, and provides hands-on experience in managing projects, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering outcomes in a fintech environment. You will work with a collaborative project management team, learn project planning, governance, and reporting, and gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
• Rising Senior (graduating December 2027 through May 2028).
• Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them effectively to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning activities by maintaining schedules, tracking milestones, and documenting project deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings, status updates, and communications to ensure alignment among project stakeholders.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and action items, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Assist with project reporting, data analysis, and preparation of presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, and records to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful delivery of project objectives and business outcomes.
• Track project budgets, resource allocations, and timelines to help identify potential variances.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and operational efficiency.
• Support change management and implementation activities to facilitate adoption of new processes or solutions.
• Build knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices while contributing to team goals.
