Job summary

Resourceful Talent Group is seeking a Russian-speaking, hands-on Project Manager with strong Product Management skills to join a small, early-stage fintech environment. You will work directly with the CTO, engineering team, and business stakeholders to turn incomplete business ideas into clear product requirements, user flows, wireframes, prioritized backlogs, and executable delivery plans.

This full-time role follows EST working hours and emphasizes fintech, payments, banking, and B2B SaaS

Qualifications

Strong software project management experience with hands-on product management or business analysis skills.
Ability to turn vague requests into clear requirements, flows, and user stories.
Experience prioritizing backlog items based on value, urgency, risk, and effort.

Responsibilities

Turn vague business requests into clear requirements, user flows, wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog items, and delivery plans.
Own backlog refinement and prioritization based on business value and engineering effort.
Plan and coordinate sprints and releases while managing scope and risks.
Collaborate with CTO, engineers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and document changes.
