Job summary

Lendistry is seeking a product manager/business analyst to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of its business lending platform. You will manage specific products within the platform and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine business requirements.

You will lead sprint planning, maintain Jira boards, and contribute to user- and partner-facing features that enhance transparency and borrower experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in technology, product management, business analysis, or related roles.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, project management, or equivalent roles.
• Experience in financial services, lending technology, or credit operations preferred.
• Familiarity with API integrations, vendor platforms, and product testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other product management and collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear product specifications.
• Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to product improvements.
• Comfortable supporting Agile ceremonies and sprint planning activities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, compliance, and borrower experience.
• Passion for innovation in fintech and supporting small business lending solutions.

Responsibilities
