Job summary

Quavo Fraud & Disputes is seeking a Product Manager to shape a core area of our platform as an IC. You will own problem definition, business case, and roadmap, while collaborating with a Product Owner on backlog refinement and sprint delivery.

You will turn client requests into multi-tenant capabilities, justify prioritization with data, work with engineering and data science on AI features, monitor adoption and value, and ensure regulatory considerations are embedded in decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Product Manager or similar role with shipping software
• Fintech domain knowledge or experience in regulated/risk-sensitive industry
• Experience across strategy, prioritization and delivery with increasing ownership
• Experience with data-driven products and working with data science and engineering
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data to defend decisions
• Clear communication and ability to align cross-functional partners with data
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication tailored to senior leadership and clients
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to progress independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and accelerate workflows

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your product area with leadership direction
• Define problems, users, and business impact in clear briefs with success criteria
• Turn client requests into configurable, multi-tenant platform capabilities
• Build the business case behind prioritization with data and tradeoffs
• Partner with engineering and data science to deliver AI-driven capabilities
• Monitor adoption, time-to-value, and client retention; iterate after launch
• Collaborate with Product Owner and engineering to refine requirements
• Communicate vision and progress to internal teams and clients
• Support go-to-market efforts with product marketing and customer feedback
• Incorporate regulatory and compliance considerations into decisions
