Cloudflare, based in Austin, TX, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for FinTech to lead the Quote to Cash lifecycle and AI monetization efforts. You will collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Revenue Operations, and external partners to deliver scalable billing solutions globally.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in the billing domain, fintech practices, and customer-facing products for payments, tax, invoicing, and checkout within a SaaS context.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology solutions in the Billing space.
• Knowledge of fintech practices, financial reporting or compliance in SaaS.
• Experience managing customer-facing products for global payments, tax, checkout, invoicing and quote-to-cash activities.

Responsabilités

• Own your space by managing key products in the Quote to Cash lifecycle including AI monetization motions.
• Work horizontally with Engineering, Finance, Revenue Ops, BI and external vendors to align plans.
• Span timescales from launches to ERP migration and beyond, balancing urgent and important work.
• Span domains and publish roadmaps while remaining responsive to interrupts and maintaining trust.
• Commit to quality by delivering an accurate revenue picture and customer service metrics.
• Communicate and collaborate by listening, learning, and influencing across teams.
• Represent Cloudflare and engage with customers about billing plans and concerns.
• Provide and demand accountability for commitments and team performance.
