Qualifications

7+ years of experience or equivalent in product management or a relevant domain area; experience with workplace or built environment tech is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, data analytics and applying agile methodologies.
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Demonstrated success in developing and launching multiple tech products, including version releases.
Experience in change readiness and/or change management.
Excellent presentation skills, with a talent for developing clear and engaging graphics.
Proficient in preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
Skilled in creating and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
Comfortable with generative AI usage and understanding of its logic.
Fluent in Excel for data interpretation and insight synthesis.
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with diverse teams across workplace design, technology, facilities, user experience, and strategy.
Proven success in collaborating and influencing decisions with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to think strategically and connect details to the bigger picture.

Responsibilities

Develop and launch technology products from concept through version releases, ensuring successful delivery and ongoing improvement.
Manage the full product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, iteration and feature prioritization.
Develop a comprehensive and coordinated workplace product strategy and product standards that delivers value to our clients.
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, reliability and impact.
Create and deliver presentation decks for internal working groups and executive leadership updates, with a preference for clear, impactful graphic abilities.
Lead change readiness and change management initiatives to support product adoption and organizational transformation.
Prepare meeting agendas and minutes to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams.
Utilize generative AI tools and understand their underlying logic to enhance product offerings and processes.
Interpret data fluently using Excel and synthesize actionable insights to inform product decisions.
