Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Austin is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead Finance (GL), Inventory and StoreOps, driving fintech solutions that support stores and optimize operations.

You will design, develop, and manage activities for a product or group of products from definition through deployment and end of life, collaborating with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products.

Responsibilities

• Leads the build-out of new applications.
• Leads and supports General Ledger workstream in Workday Accounting Center, leads and supports DC/Inventory and StoreOps domains.
• Articulates and mentors junior team members on PM concepts, practices, and methodologies.
• Owns translation of business needs into clear, concise requirements or backlog for complex applications.
• Develops longer-term product roadmaps (12+ months) aligned with stakeholder objectives.
• Authors BRDs and champions higher documentation standards.
