Job summary

Stockstotrade.com, Inc is seeking a Copy Coordinator to centralize the flow of promotional copy across emails, promos, webinars, and ads. You’ll manage calendars, route drafts for review, and ensure on-time final approvals while upholding brand voice and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in project coordination, marketing operations or editorial coordination.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written communication and eye for detail in grammar and formatting.
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello or ClickUp).
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms or CMS tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the monthly marketing/copy calendar, tracking every email, promo, webinar script, and ad in progress.
• Coordinate intake of copy requests from marketing, sales, and product teams, and assign them to writers.
• Track deadlines across multiple projects and flag risks of slipping.
• Enforce a strict production schedule and ensure timely reviews and approvals.
• Route drafts through compliance, legal, editorial, and brand reviews; consolidate feedback.
• Maintain organized records of copy assets, versions, and approvals in project tools.
• Proofread and quality-check copy for consistency, voice, grammar, and formatting.
• Communicate daily with copywriters, editors, designers, and marketing managers.
• Onboard freelance writers to house style and compliance guidelines.
• Support reporting on copy production, turnaround times, and campaign performance.
• Assist with light copywriting or editing when bandwidth allows.
