About Stockstotrade.com and Millionaire Publishing
StocksToTrade and Millionaire Publishing are part of a fast-growing fintech and financial education company that helps everyday investors and traders learn to navigate the markets with confidence. We produce industry-leading trading software, newsletters, market alerts, webinars, and educational products used by tens of thousands of traders. Our marketing team runs a high-volume content calendar spanning email, webinars, video, and paid promotions — and we're looking for a Copy Coordinator to help keep it all running smoothly.
About the role
The Copy Coordinator is the central hub connecting our copywriters, editors, designers, and marketing leads. You'll own the day-to-day coordination of copy projects — tracking deadlines, managing the marketing calendar, routing drafts for review, and making sure every promo, email, and webinar script moves from brief to final approval on time. This role holds copywriters accountable to a strict production schedule, so it requires someone who is strong on procedure, communicates clearly and confidently, and has the thick skin to push back on missed deadlines without letting it derail working relationships. This is a great role for someone who is highly organized, detail-obsessed, and wants to build a career in marketing or copywriting within a fast-paced financial publishing environment.
