Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in litigation or financial advisory.
• Membership to the State Bar of the desired office required.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of litigation discovery and responses.
• Assist with negotiations with government enforcement attorneys.
• Prepare legal memoranda, correspondence, and reports.
• Develop litigation strategies for cases in court.
