Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its Fintech and Financial Advisory practice in Chicago, IL. Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience and possess a Juris Doctorate degree.

This role includes managing litigation stages, client interactions, and legal research, along with various writing tasks. Benefits include health insurance, mental well-being programs, and a flexible time off policy.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of litigation discovery and responses to government subpoenas.
• Assist with preparations for negotiations with government enforcement attorneys.
• Participate in witness and client interviews and depositions.
• Prepare legal memoranda, correspondence, reports, motions, briefs, and pleadings.
• Develop litigation and settlement strategies for cases.
• Perform legal research on federal and state consumer financial services laws.
• Communicate with clients and senior attorneys regarding strategy.
• Write, edit, and review reports, presentations, and articles.

Skills
