Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is searching for a junior to mid-level associate to join their Fintech and Financial Advisory practice in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and be ready to assist clients in the financial services industry with various litigation matters.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of litigation discovery and responses to government subpoenas.
• Assist with preparations for negotiations with government enforcement attorneys.
• Prepare legal memoranda, correspondence, reports, motions, and briefs.

Litigation and/or enforcement experience

Consumer financial services and/or payments experience

Education

Juris Doctorate degree
