Job summary

NetJets invites a motivated FinTech intern to explore the intersection of finance, technology and AI. You will work on real projects across Billing, AP/AR and ERP workflows, developing business cases for AI solutions to boost efficiency and automation.

You will collaborate with a mentor, gain domain insight, and contribute to initiatives that affect operational performance and digital transformation within NetJets’ finance organization.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
• Proficient in Python, LLM and Agentic AI.
• Experience with data mining, process mining and process automation.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience at the intersection of Finance, Technology, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Analyze Finance processes including Billing, AP, AR, invoice management and ERP workflows.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop business cases for AI solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.
• Manage and complete department projects in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with a department mentor to set goals and monitor progress.
• Develop an understanding of NetJets operations, methodology and tools.

Purpose of Position

Interns are assigned special projects and various other duties that are intended to provide them with valuable professional work experience and industry insight. Interns will perform meaningful work alongside other talented professionals gaining insight to NetJets' unique culture and business philosophy. We are hiring a FinTech intern who is curious about leveraging emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges and improve operational performance

Tasks And Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience at the intersection of Finance, Technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and digital transformation initiatives.
• Analyze Finance business processes including Billing, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Invoice Management, and ERP workflow.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop business cases for AI and Generative AI solutions that improve efficiency, automation, and scalability.
• Manage and complete department assigned project(s) in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate directly with a department mentor; set goals and monitor progress.
• Develop an understanding of the NetJets operations, approach, methodology & tools.
