Job summary

NetJets is seeking a FinTech intern to explore AI and Generative AI solutions within Finance, Technology, and digital transformation. The role offers exposure to Billing, AP, AR, and ERP workflows, with mentorship and project work that builds industry insight.

Interns will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of Finance and AI, helping to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability while learning NetJets’ unique culture and operations.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
• Must be proficient in Python, LLM, Agentic AI.
• Data mining, process mining, process automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Comfort with Excel spreadsheets and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience at the intersection of Finance, Technology, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Analyze Finance processes including Billing, AP, AR, Invoice Management, and ERP workflows.
• Identify and develop business cases for AI and Generative AI solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.

Purpose of Position

Interns are assigned special projects and various other duties that are intended to provide them with valuable professional work experience and industry insight. Interns will perform meaningful work alongside other talented professionals gaining insight to NetJets' unique culture and business philosophy. We are hiring a FinTech intern who is curious about leveraging emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges and improve operational performance

Tasks and Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience at the intersection of Finance, Technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and digital transformation initiatives.

Analyze Finance business processes including Billing, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Invoice Management, and ERP workflow.

Identify, evaluate, and develop business cases for AI and Generative AI solutions that improve efficiency, automation, and scalability.

• Manage and complete department assigned project(s) in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate directly with a department mentor; set goals and monitor progress.
• Develop an understanding of the NetJets operations, approach, methodology & tools.
