Job summary

Coastal is seeking a Partner ICFR Analyst to support Coastal's Partner ICFR program by documenting partner controls relevant to financial reporting and performing targeted alternative testing when gaps are identified. You will understand the control or objective, develop testing procedures, evaluate evidence, and support the Fintech Financial Controls Manager in addressing gaps.

The hiring range is $82,678 to $89,568; the posted range includes up to $96,457 but we will not hire above $89,568.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of internal controls and testing concepts.
• Knowledge of SOX/ICFR and COSO framework.
• Experience with SOC 1 SOC 2 and CUEC ITGC controls.
• Ability to turn control gaps into testing plans.
• Proven internal control testing experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Document partner controls and map to ICFR framework.
• Maintain control inventories and testing documentation.
• Identify and evaluate control gaps and testing evidence.
• Develop and perform targeted testing procedures.
• Coordinate with risk and testing teams for assessments.
• Prepare workpapers with evidence and conclusions.
• Elevate concerns and track remediation progress.
• Support management and audit reporting as needed.
