Neo Financial is hiring Sales Representatives to directly sign customers up for Neo Credit card, Neo Money account, and other Neo products. You will be the face of the brand, traveling to events in your city to drive customer growth with an emphasis on performance and commission earnings.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours, with an average OTE of $36.00/hour CAD ($74,880/year equivalent) and an uncapped instant commission.

Qualifications

• Direct sales experience or ability to learn fast in a target-driven environment.
• Experience in retail or door-to-door sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Sign people up for Neo Credit card, Neo Money account, and other Neo products.
• Act as the face of Neo Financial and drive customer acquisition.
