Job summary

Navan Expense is growing its Operations team in Austin. We seek a detail-oriented professional with 1+ years of KYC/KYB compliance in fintech or travel, a strong customer focus, and the ability to collaborate across Product, Data, and Engineering to resolve escalations.

You will drive KPI achievement, identify operational improvements, and contribute to policy development while embracing change and driving automation where possible.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of KYC/KYB compliance within fintech or travel sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record of meeting targets in a fast-growing environment.
• Process-driven mindset with willingness to automate and improve.
• Adaptable to change and able to work in a dynamic setting.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in product functionality and customer use cases.
