Qualifications

• 1+ years of KYC/KYB compliance in fintech or travel.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking; able to find resolutions.
• Excellent customer focus and relationship-building skills.
• Organized with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Experience with Excel and Google Sheets; process launch and maturity.
• Ownership mindset with cross-functional collaboration.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in product functionality and customer use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Engineering, etc.) to handle escalations.
• Meet productivity and quality KPIs, while identifying areas for operational improvement.
• Escalate risks to leadership, offering subject matter expertise for solutions.
• Execute and evaluate processes, suggesting improvements for maximum efficiency.
• Contribute to the development and re-engineering of policies and procedures.
