Job summary

Sterling National LLC, a Boston-based financial services company, is hiring a DevOps Engineer for a full-time role. You will design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure reliable financial application operations, automate deployments, and monitor system health.

You will collaborate with development teams to integrate new features, maintain high availability, and implement security best practices in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in DevOps.
• Proficiency with AWS or Azure and scripting (Python/Bash).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support development teams.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and security.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth application deployment.
• Implement and maintain IaC using Terraform and Ansible.
• Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary security measures.
