Job summary

Kinective is seeking a Sales Engineer to be the technical backbone of our sales and partner motion. You will translate complex data capabilities into clear business value for financial institutions and fintech audiences, from discovery through integration and adoption.

Partner closely with Sales and Channel teams to deliver compelling demonstrations and enablement. You will own onboarding, support, and advisory activities, helping customers maximize Kinective’s Data Intelligence and BI tools

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales engineering, pre‑sales, or solutions consulting roles.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI tooling.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience managing partner or customer onboarding and enablement.
• Interest in fintech and banking trends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-specific demos of Kinective’s Data Warehouse and BI tools.
• Lead discovery to tailor technical narratives to buyers.
• Onboard and enable partners with hands-on training and resources.
• Act as a technical adviser post‑sale, monitor performance, optimize usage.
