Job summary

USHG Home Office is seeking a Data and AI Engineer to own the data stack end-to-end, including AWS Redshift and an AI layer. You will partner with FP&A, Operations, and Marketing to deliver trusted reporting and insights.

You will build ETL pipelines, design data models, monitor quality, and develop an internal analytics agent to answer questions in plain language. This is a hybrid role across two disciplines.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Hands-on production experience with AWS Redshift or comparable warehouse.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the AWS Redshift environment for consolidated data.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data reliably.
• Develop an internal analytics agent to allow natural language data queries.
• Prototype and productionize agentic AI workflows with guardrails and reliability.
