Job summary

Mission North in New York leads fintech and financial services PR for top brands. We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial leader to grow and shape our Financial Services practice and to guide a team of communications professionals through high-stakes moments.

You will own revenue growth, build an independent pipeline, and advise C-suite executives on strategy, crisis, and category leadership, while advancing our reputation and client outcomes across fintech, insurtech, and proptech

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior communications experience at PR agencies (in-house experience a plus).
• Proven business developer with independent client closures and a strong network across fintech/financial services.
• Recognized voice in fintech/financial services with publishing, speaking, and industry conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own the fintech practice's revenue growth, pipeline, and close new business independently.
• Advise CMOs, CCOs, and CEOs through high-stakes moments including regulatory changes, crises, and M&A.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team and collaborate with SVP to set strategy and staffing.
