Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required or strongly preferred.
• Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them effectively to enhance productivity, problem‑solving, and decision‑making.
• Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely support and coordinating issue resolution with internal teams.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships by understanding customer needs and ensuring a high‑quality service experience.
• Analyze client requests, account activity, and service trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced client outcomes.
• Assist with onboarding activities, service reviews, product education, and adoption initiatives to help clients achieve their business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to track client issues, monitor service performance, and contribute to successful client retention efforts.
