Placements24 is partnering with a fintech client in Paarl, Western Cape, to hire a Client Onboarding Specialist. You will guide new clients through the setup, educate them on platform features, and provide initial support to ensure a confident start from day one.

Competenze

• Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in fintech or tech.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with high accuracy.
• Proficiency with CRM software and business tools.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Proactive problem-solving approach to client challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office/remote model.
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new clients with required docs.
• Conduct onboarding sessions (virtual or in-person) for setup.
• Educate clients on features, benefits, and best practices.
• Address questions and concerns during onboarding with clear info.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain client onboarding records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and account management for smooth handover.
