Viseai is looking for a Client Service Associate to join the Account Management Team in New York City. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth onboarding, maintenance, and daily workflow for our financial advisor clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a client operations role.
• Experience in wealth management, fintech, or investment management is preferred.
• Quick learner and team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in delivering client experiences.
• Manage portfolio proposal process from intake to presentation.
• Oversee daily trading workflows and client communications.
• Facilitate account onboarding and maintenance workflows.
• Maintain organized internal systems and aggregate client documentation.
• Coordinate client deliverables including billing and reporting.
