Job summary

Monex USA is seeking an API Implementation Specialist in Washington, DC. The role leads technical onboarding and integration of clients onto Monex’s Embedded Solutions, including mass payments, API, and online platforms.

You will own the client implementation lifecycle end-to-end—from requirements gathering through integration, training, and go-live—and act as the technical SME bridging product and internal teams with clients’ business needs. Hybrid work after 90 days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical implementation, client onboarding, integration, or a similar client-facing technical role.
• Hands-on experience with Postman, JSON, REST APIs, and webhooks; ability to perform basic API testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Strong understanding of software integration concepts and the client implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, go-live).
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new client engagements, including setup and configuration of the client with Monex’s digital product suite.
• Manage end-to-end client lifecycle from requirements collection through integration, training and go-live.
• Serve as SME on product functionality, workflows, and technical integrations across internal teams and clients.
