Tucker Door & Trim in Monroe, GA is seeking a Finance Systems & Technology Analyst who enjoys solving problems, analyzing information, and improving systems to help people work more effectively. This is not a traditional accounting role; it blends finance, ERP, reporting, BI, technology, and process improvement.

You'll work with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to streamline data flows, support ERP issues, create dashboards, automate processes, and contribute to AI and technology projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, analytics, IT, or related field.
• Approximately 4+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with AP/AR processes and ERP systems.
• Strong SQL, BI, and reporting tool exposure.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot ERP system issues and optimize finance workflows.
• Analyze financial and operations data to inform decisions.
• Create reports and dashboards for leadership insights.
• Assist with AP/AR process improvements.
• Support digital payments and financial operations.
• Write SQL queries and research system issues.
• Help automate manual processes and improve efficiency.

We're looking for a Finance Systems & Technology Analyst who enjoys solving problems, analyzing information, improving systems, and helping people work more effectively.

This isn't a traditional accounting role.

This role combines finance, ERP systems, reporting, business intelligence, technology, and process improvement into one career path.

You'll work closely with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to improve how information flows through the business and help drive better decisions.

• Up to $80k, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Support and troubleshoot ERP system issues
• Analyze financial and operational data
• Create reports, dashboards, and business insights
• Assist with AP and AR process improvement
• Support digital payments and financial operations
• Write SQL queries and research system issues
• Help automate manual processes
• Support Power BI, Power Automate, and reporting initiatives
• Participate in AI and business technology projects

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, FinTech, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• Approximately 4+ years of professional experience
• Understanding of AP and AR processes
• Exposure to ERP systems (Syteline experience is a plus)
• Experience with Excel and reporting tools
• SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or analytics exposure preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
