Tucker Door & Trim is seeking a Finance Systems & Technology Analyst to blend finance, ERP, reporting, and automation. You will work with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to enhance data flow and enable better decisions.

The role offers exposure to ERP systems, BI tools, and AI initiatives, with a focus on improving AP/AR, reporting, and financial operations. Onsite role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, FinTech, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics or related field.
• Approximately 4+ years of professional experience.
• Understanding of AP and AR processes.
• Exposure to ERP systems; Syteline experience a plus.
• Experience with Excel and reporting tools.
• SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or analytics exposure preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

We're looking for a Finance Systems & Technology Analyst who enjoys solving problems, analyzing information, improving systems, and helping people work more effectively.

This isn't a traditional accounting role.

This role combines finance, ERP systems, reporting, business intelligence, technology, and process improvement into one career path.

You'll work closely with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to improve how information flows through the business and help drive better decisions.

• Up to $80k, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Support and troubleshoot ERP system issues
• Analyze financial and operational data
• Create reports, dashboards, and business insights
• Assist with AP and AR process improvement

What We're Looking For
