The role focuses on regulatory counseling, enforcement matters, and compliance strategy for fintech and financial services clients across domestic markets.

The candidate will work on licensing, money transmission, and regulatory analysis with cross-office collaboration; familiarity with major statutes is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial regulatory, fintech, or consumer financial services work.
• Active bar admission in the state of the office you are joining.
• Strong academic credentials and clear, precise writing.
• Experience advising financial services or fintech clients on compliance and regulatory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory counseling for fintech and financial institutions.
• Handling state and federal regulatory inquiries and investigations.
• Counseling clients on licensing, money transmission, and compliance obligations.
• Supporting rulemaking analysis and regulatory strategy and consumer protection matters.
