Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial regulatory, fintech, or consumer financial services work.
• Familiarity with statutes such as FCRA, FDCPA, ECOA, SCRA, MLA, TILA, EFTA, GLBA, and TCPA.
• Experience advising financial services or fintech clients on compliance and regulatory exposure.
• Strong academic credentials and clear, precise writing.
• Active bar admission in the state of the office you are joining.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory counseling, enforcement matters, and compliance strategy for clients in financial services and payments.
• Advise on payment products and regulatory risk for fintechs and financial institutions.
• Handle state and federal regulatory inquiries and investigations.
• Counsel clients on licensing, money transmission, and compliance obligations.
• Support rulemaking analysis and regulatory strategy across markets.
